About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, ZR-186 (further – the Law) to add with Item 5.1 of the following content:

"5.1. for provision of the statement by tax authority from personal account of physical persons in document type more than once within one calendar year

in the amount of basic duty".

Article 2. In article 16 of the Law:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 5 of the word of "investment funds" "corporate investment funds, rules of the contractual investment funds managing investment funds";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 5.1 of the word of "investment funds" "the investment funds managing investment fund", and "for the current state registration" shall be replaced with words words "for the current state registration";

3) in Items 6, of the 7 and 8 word of "investment funds" shall be replaced with words "managing directors of investment fund";

Article to add 4) with Items 5.2 and 8.1 of the following content:

"5.2. for re-registration of investment companies as the managing director of investment fund

in twentyfold size of basic duty";

"8.1. for registration of representative offices of the banks managing investment funds and the insurance companies registered in the Republic of Armenia

in fivefold size of basic duty".

Article 3. In article 19 of the Law:

Article to add 1) with Item 4.4 of the following content:

"4.4. for implementation of activities for management of fund

in 100-fold size of annual basic duty";

Item 5.3 to declare 2) invalid.
