About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 1, 2011
Article 1. Item 1 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to state ZR-186 (further – the Law) in the following edition:
"1. in the State register
a) for state registration in 17-fold size of the commercial enterprises, basic duty which are subject to registration
b) for accounting of the allocated divisions in 12-fold size
commercial enterprises of basic duty".
Article 2. In Item 6 of article 18 of the Law:
The subitem "a" to state 1) in the following edition:
"a) for application for registration of trade names
in the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia 5";
2) subitems "b" and "v" to recognize invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
