About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to add with ZR-186 with part 5 of the following content:
"5. The state fee for provision of the temporary status of stay and issue of the card of stay to parents, the spouse, child, sister or brother of the foreign person studying or working as the teacher, the teacher in the educational institutions performing general education and special educational programs in the Republic of Armenia for prolongation of term of the temporary status of stay and also for their accounting decreases by 60 percent. The list required for use of the privileges of the documents certifying the fact that person is parent, the spouse, the child, the sister or the brother of the foreign persons studying or working as the teacher, the teacher in the Republic of Armenia provided by this part is established by the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
