About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About use of control cash registers"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About use of control cash registers" ZR-129 of November 22, 2004 (further – the Law):

Words of paragraph two "in the amount of three hundred thousand dram" shall be replaced with words 1) "in the amount of two percent from the average daily turnover fixed placed on site implementation of these activities (in the shopping facility or on site service provisions) by control cash registers for the last month, but it is at least three hundred thousand dram".

Words of the paragraph of third "in the amount of six hundred thousand dram" shall be replaced with words 2) "in the amount of two percent from the average daily turnover fixed placed on site implementation of these activities (in the shopping facility or on site service provisions) by control cash registers for the last month, but it is at least six hundred thousand dram".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
