About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About use of control cash registers"

Article 1. "About use of control cash registers" ZR-129 of November 22, 2004 to declare the Item "and" of paragraph one of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia invalid:
Article 2. In article 7 of the Law:
1) the Item "d" after words "the organizations and individual entrepreneurs" to add with words "(except for taxpayers from turnover)",
The same Item to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"To stipulated in Item "g" of this Article of terms taxpayers from turnover include data in quarter on the total amount of the cash calculations perfromed by means of each control cash register in the calculation of the receipts tax provided to tax authority in accordance with the established procedure.".
Article 3. To remove the first offer from Article 8.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
