About the state support of small business in the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of state to support of small business and forming of multistructure economy in the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:

1. Consider small business entities of the company and the organization in which authorized capital there is no share of the state and in which the average number of workers for the accounting period does not exceed in the industry and construction - 50 people and in other industries - 15 people.

2. Determine that the state support of small business is performed according to the republican and local programs of support of small business developed respectively by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and bodies of performing local authorities (hukumatama).

Programs of support of small business shall provide measures:

on forming of infrastructure of development and support of small business at the republican and local levels;

on involvement in business activity of socially not protected segments of the population;

on ensuring transfer to small business entities not completed by construction and not used, and also the unprofitable and unprofitable companies;

on providing to small business entities of opportunity for the first-priority redemption of the real estate objects leased by them taking into account investments made in the specified objects.

3. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies on places (hukumata) to develop appropriate programs of support of small business in a month.

Provide reservation for small business entities of orders for production and statement of separate types of products and goods (services) for the state needs.
