About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About use of control cash registers"

Article 1. Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About use of control cash registers" ZR-129 of November 22, 2004 (further – the Law) to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. When implementing sales by individual entrepreneurs and the organizations on vehicles or provision of services to the population in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, for the statement of tax accounts and (or) other settlement documents control cash registers, except as specified, provided by part 2 of this Article electronically can be used.".

Article 2. To add paragraph two of article 5 of the Law with the words "or in (on) the vehicle".

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 11 of the Law of the word "for lack of the control cash register registered in tax authority in the place of implementation of cash transactions" shall be replaced with words "for absence at the time of implementation of cash transactions of the control cash register registered in tax authority in the place of implementation of cash transactions or for not registration of the control cash register in tax authority to the address of this place".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
