THE CHARTER OF THE NEWSPAPER IS "DZHUMKHURIIT"

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Charter determines organizational, economic, legal and social basis of activities of editorial office of the republican newspaper "DZHUMKHURIYAT" which is hereinafter referred to as "Edition".

2. Founders of the newspaper are the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

"Edition" in the activities submits to the President and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

"Editorial office" is founded based on reorganization of editorial office of the republican newspaper "DZHUMKHURIYAT" as the social and political edition of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
