About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to add with ZR-186 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Regarding the activities performed for the period till January 1, 2013, the size of the amount of the next annual state fee which is subject to payment during 2012 for the types of activity established by Items 14.2 and 14.3 of Section 14 of this Law is determined by the work of the one twelfth sum of the annual state fee determined by Items 14.2 and 14.3 of Section 14 of this Law, and the number of the months, including incomplete included in the period since month of payment of the next state fee during 2012 till January 1, 2013.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
