Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2012 No. 687 "About approval of the Procedure for calculation of the adjusting factor applied to rates of rent payment in case of change of rates for transportation of one ton of oil by trunk oil pipelines, ton of oil products by the main oil pipelines, transit transportation of one ton of ammonia for each 100 kilometers of distance of the corresponding route" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 58, Art. 2325; 2015, No. 54, the Art. 1751) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution:
1) in the name and the deciding part of the word and figure "on transportation of one ton of oil by trunk oil pipelines, tons of oil products by the main oil pipelines," shall be replaced with words transit transportation of one ton of ammonia for each 100 kilometers of distance of the corresponding route "on transit transportation of one ton of oil by trunk oil pipelines and transportation of ton of oil products by the main oil pipelines";
The word of "sixth" to replace 2) in the prolog with the word of "fifth".
2. According to the procedure of calculation of the adjusting factor applied to rates of rent payment in case of change of rates for transportation of one ton of oil by trunk oil pipelines, ton of oil products by the main oil pipelines, transit transportation of one ton of ammonia for each 100 kilometers of distance of the corresponding route, approved by the specified resolution:
