About modification of the Regulations on procedure for collection of fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus

According to subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2012 "About single questions of functioning of system of electronic collection of fare of vehicles on certain roads of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 426

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for collection of fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2013 No. 340 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for collection of fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus and entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.05. 2013, 5/37221; 30.07. 2014, 5/39194), following changes:

1.1. state Item 56 in the following edition:

"56. The user of the paid road who signed in accordance with the established procedure the agreement of use of the paid road by means of the personalized secure access to the official site can study information on fare on the paid road, and also on the fixed violations and their types (non-payment and (or) incomplete payment) for which the payment in the increased size is not brought. Information on fare on the paid road contains data on the brought fare added during the last 180 days. Information on the fixed violations and their types is available only concerning the vehicles registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and registered by the user in system of electronic collection of payment for the periods when the device of electronic payment allowing to make payment for journey in accordance with the established procedure is issued to the user of the paid road. The personalized secure access to the official site is created by the operator based on the data provided by the user in case of registration. The instruction about instructions for use is transferred by the personalized secure access to the official site to the user of the paid road in case of the conclusion of the agreement of use of the paid road, and also posted on the official site.";

1.2. to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 to the specified Provision (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2015.
