Article 1. Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to add with ZR-186 with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. Citizens of the Republic of Armenia – family members, receiving family allowance on poverty, and the citizens of the Republic of Armenia for the first time receiving the ID card who did not receive the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia on reaching them 16 years are exempted from payment of the state fee for issue of the ID card.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
