About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. In article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, ZR-186:

a) state the Item in the following edition:

"b) in case of return by courts of statements (protests) or refusal in their acceptance, and also refusal of the notary in making of notarial actions, refusal of registration authorities of acts of civil status in civil registration and making of other actions and services, except for the case provided by part 3 of this Article;";

b) add Article with part 3 following of content:

"In case of return by Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia of the prosecutor's appeal brought on the court resolution resolving case on being based on Item 1 of part 1 of Article 233 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia, or refusal of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia in acceptance to production of the prosecutor's appeal brought on the court resolution resolving case on being based on Item 2 of part 1 of article 162 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia the state fee, but no more than in the amount of twenty thousand dram of the Republic of Armenia, does not return.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
