Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2012 No. 321 "About approval of the Procedure for providing with technical and other means of rehabilitation of disabled people, handicapped children and other separate categories of the population, the list of such means" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 31, Art. 1146; 2014, No. 64, the Art. 1760, No. 69, the Art. 1935) and of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 916, No. 82, the Art. 2330, No. 90, Art. 2581; 2015, No. 22, Art. 603, No. 55, Art. 1794, No. 96, Art. 3293; 2016, No. 9, the Art. 412, No. 23, the Art. 901) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2012 No. 321 and of April 23, 2014 No. 117

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2012 No. 321:

1) in the name and the text of the resolution of the word of "disabled people" and "handicapped children" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability" and "children with disability";

2) according to the procedure of ensuring with technical and other means rehabilitation of disabled people, handicapped children and other separate categories of the population, approved by the specified resolution:
