About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 20, 2014

Article 1. The Item "m" of part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, before words "Articles 19.1" to add ZR-186 (further – the Law) with words "subitem 15.4 of Article 19,".

Article 2. To state subitem 15.4 of article 19 of the Law in the following edition:

"15.4. For the organization of regular transportations by passenger road transport public:

- for servicing by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs interstate, interregional, intraregional, intracity (except the city of Yerevan) route (irrespective of quantity of routes) - annually in 100-fold size of basic duty

- for servicing by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs of each intracity route in the city of Yerevan - annually in 100-fold size of basic duty.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
