About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1995 No. 555 and of May 12, 2007 No. 724

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1995 No. 555 "About approval of Health regulations in the woods of Ukraine" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1995, No. 10, Art. 253; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 82, the Art. 3041) and of May 12, 2007 No. 724 "About approval of Rules of improvement of high-quality structure of the woods" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 37, Art. 1478; 2012, No. 1, Art. 21; 2013, No. 82, the Art. 3041) changes which are applied.

1. To add Item 5 of Health regulations in the woods of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1995 No. 555, with the paragraph of the following content:
"In reserved zones of biospheric reserves, national natural and regional landscape parks, natural reserves, nature sanctuaries, reserved natural boundaries carrying out continuous sanitary cabins, cutting down of hollow trees is forbidden.".
2. Item 6 Corrected improvements of high-quality structure of the woods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2007 No. 724, to state in the following edition:
"6. In reserved zones of biospheric reserves, national natural and regional landscape parks, natural reserves, nature sanctuaries, reserved natural boundaries carrying out all types of gradual and continuous cabins of forming and improvement of the woods, cutting down of hollow trees is forbidden.".
