About modification of the Regulations on Scientific and advisory council under the Supreme Court of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine of September 16, 2011 No. 5

Having considered representation of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, being guided by Article part eight 45, parts one and the second article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges", the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on Scientific and advisory council under the Supreme Court of Ukraine (further - Council) approved by the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine of September 16, 2011 No. 5, the following changes:

1) item 4 in paragraph one the offer second to state in the following edition: "They are elected from among judges and workers of the office of court who have scientific degree of the doctor or Candidate of Law Sciences, and exempted at plenary meeting by open voting";

2) in appendix:

a) enter into staff of Council:

the vice-chairman of the Supreme Court of Ukraine - the secretary of Trial chamber on administrative cases, Candidate of Law Sciences Krivenko Victor Vasilyevich, having appointed him the chairman of the board;

the judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Candidate of Law Sciences Gumenyuk Vasily Ivanovich, having appointed him the vice-chairman of Council;

b) appoint the scientific secretary of Council of the scientific consultant of management of ensuring activities of Trial chamber for administrative cases of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Candidate of Law Sciences Constant Alexander Vladimirovich, having exempted it from obligations of the vice-chairman of Council;

c) enter into staff of Council: on administrative and legal specialization:

Bevzenko Vladimir Mikhaylovich is doctors of jurisprudence,

Zaychuk Oleg Vladimirovich is doctors of jurisprudence,
