About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to add with ZR-186 with Article 38.1 of the following content:
"Article 38.1. Return of the state fee paid to court based on the conclusion of the voluntary settlement as a result of conciliation
If conciliation is appointed by court and the parties sign the voluntary settlement in time, established by court for conciliation, the paid state fee returns to the party which paid the state fee in the following proportions:
a) 50 percent if conciliation is appointed by Trial Court;
b) 40 percent if conciliation is appointed by Appeal Court.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in three months after day of its official publication.
