Article 1. The subitem of "item 2" of Item 36 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, ZR-186 (further – the Law):
"the item 2) for performing registration of the secure right to personal estate
in twofold size of basic duty".
Article 2. To declare the subitem of "item 3" of Item 36 of article 16 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2015.
