About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Chambers of Commerce and Industry"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Chambers of Commerce and Industry" (on October 24, 2001, ZR-250):

a) in item 4 of the word "Chamber of commerce" shall be replaced with words "The chamber of trade";

b) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RA can have honorary members which status is established by the charter of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RA. Honorary members of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RA can participate in the procedure of decision making of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RA only by the right of advisory voice.".

Article 2. In Item 1 of article 5 of the Law:

a) state the subitem "i" in the following edition:

"i) promote export of the goods and services made by their members, forming and fixing trade and economic and sci-tech cooperation with foreign legal entities and physical persons;";

b) add with the subitem "k" of the following content:

"j) for resolution of economic disputes in case of them create reference tribunal.".

Article 3. To declare the subitem "e" of article 6 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. In article 12 of the Law:

a) in Item 1 of the word "3 years" shall be replaced with words "5 years";

b) in the subitem "b" of Item 3 of the word "3 years" shall be replaced with words "5 years".

Article 5. In article 13 of the Law:

a) add item 4 with subitems "z", "i" and "k" of the following content:

"h) passes the decision on creation of reference tribunal under chamber;
