Article 1. "About prosecutor's office" to state article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-126 of February 22, 2007 (further – the Law) in the following edition:
"Article 56. Social and provision of pensions of the prosecutor, government employee in the office of prosecutor's office
1. Provision of pensions of person holding position of the prosecutor who was born on January 1, 1974 and later is performed in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
2. Provision of pensions of person holding position of the prosecutor who was born till January 1, 1974 is performed according to the procedure, established for the military personnel, assuming as a basis the salary of the prosecutor.
The procedure for appointment (recalculation), pension payment to person holding the prosecutor's position established by this part and also calculation of working years of service, establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
3. Social, including, provision of pensions of the government employee in the office of prosecutor's office is performed in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. From coming into force of this Law to recognize invalid parts 16-17 of article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-245 of July 1, 1998 "About prosecutor's office".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
