Article 1. "About prosecutor's office" to state parts 3-11 of article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-126 of February 22, 2007 in the following edition:
"3. The official rate of the deputy chief prosecutor constitutes 85.60% of official rate of the chief prosecutor.
4. Official rates of the chief of the department of the Main Prosecutor's Office, the prosecutor of the city of Yerevan, the deputy of the military prosecutor constitute 80.79% of official rate of the chief prosecutor.
5. Official rates of the prosecutor of the region, administrative areas of the city of Yerevan and military prosecutors of garrisons are made by 75.99% of official rate of the chief prosecutor.
6. Official rates of the deputy manager of management of the Main Prosecutor's Office, the head of department of the Main Prosecutor's Office, the senior prosecutor of the Main Prosecutor's Office, the deputy prosecutor of the city of Yerevan constitute 71.19% of official rate of the chief prosecutor.
7. Official rates of management of the Main Prosecutor's Office, and also the senior prosecutor of department, the region, administrative districts of the city of Yerevan and deputies of military prosecutors of garrisons constitute 66.39% of official rate of the chief prosecutor.
8. Official rates of the prosecutor of the Main Prosecutor's Office, management of the Main Prosecutor's Office, and also the prosecutor of department, the head of department of the central military prosecutor's office, the senior prosecutor of the central military prosecutor's office constitute 61.59% of official rate of the chief prosecutor.
9. Official rates of the senior prosecutor of prosecutor's office of the city of Yerevan, the senior prosecutor of the central military prosecutor's office constitute 56.79% of official rate of the chief prosecutor.
