Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prosecutor's office" ZR-126 of February 22, 2007 (further – the Law) the words "salary" shall be replaced with words "derivative the size of the salary and coefficient zero whole nine tenth. The size the established this part of the pension granted (recalculated) person holding the prosecutor's position cannot exceed derivative the size of its salary and coefficient zero whole nine tenth.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication and extends to the relations which arose after January 1, 2013.
The pension granted (recalculated) to person holding the prosecutor's position before entry into force of this Law is recalculated according to the procedure, established after entry into force of this Law.
If the size of the recalculated pension is lower than the size of the pension granted before entry into force of this Law, then pension is paid in former size.
