For the purpose of increase in responsibility of legal entities, irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental subordination, and also physical persons for failure to provide of safety and use not to destination of the precious metals distributed in accordance with the established procedure, gemstones in all types and currency values the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine that in case of over-expenditure and use not to destination of precious metals and gemstones in all types penalties in the following sizes are collected from the companies, organizations, the organizations performing any transactions with them in the income of the republican budget:

а) по драгоценным металлам (за один грамм в чистоте):
     золото, платина, палладий, родий,  - в десятикратном размере
     иридий, осмий, рутений               от отпускных цен;

     серебро                            - в шестикратном размере
                                          от отпускных цен;

     б) по драгоценным камням:
     природные алмазы, бриллианты,      - в четырехкратном размере
     изумруды, сапфиры, рубины,           от их стоимости по дейст-
     жемчуг                               вующим ценам;

     в) по алмазным инструментам        - в шестикратном размере от
                                          их стоимости по действующим
                                          ценам.
