About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prosecutor's office"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 12, 2013

Article 1. In article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prosecutor's office" ZR-126 of February 22, 2007 (further – the Law):

1) to state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. The relations connected with calculation and the amount of compensation of prosecutors including, the main and additional salary, are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of person, holding the state positions".",

2) to recognize parts 2-13 invalid.".

Article 2. The first offer of part 2 of article 70 of the Law to state in the following edition: "Compensation of government employees in the office of prosecutor's office is performed according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of person, holding the state positions".".

Article 3. To recognize article 75 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
