Make the following changes to the section "II. Application of medical measures concerning persons who got sick with drug addiction" "Rules of application of procedure and conditions of use of drugs and psychotropic substances in the medical purposes and also medical measures concerning the persons who got sick with drug addiction", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 9, 2006 No. 39 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 187; 2008, No. 2, Articles 123, 130; 2015, No. 2, Article 242):
1. Add with Item 1.5 of the following content:
"1.5. In case of application of collection in the form of administrative detention concerning the persons needing treatment for drug addiction, who made the administrative offense providing administrative detention by court forced treatment according to the procedure, established by the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses is appointed.".
