About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management"

Article 1. In article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management" ZR-270 of December 28, 1998 (further – the Law):
1) words of part 1 "the 20th" shall be replaced with words "the 15th",
2) to remove the words "and annual statements-till February 25 of the next year" from part 1,
3) to remove words from part 2", and annual payments, to third after accounting year".
Article 2. To replace the word of part 2 of article 11.1 of the Law "nonconsumptive" with the word "representative".
Article 3. To replace the word of part 9 of article 18 of the Law "nonconsumptive" with the word "representative".
Article 4. To state article 21 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 21. Departmental regulations about application of the Law
Departmental regulations about application of this Law are adopted by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, having approved with the Ministry of conservation of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of energy infrastructures and natural resources of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia and Committee of state revenues under the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
