About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management"

Article 1. "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management" to state part 2 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-270 of December 28, 1998 (further – the Law) in the following edition:

"2. The payers performing fish activities and cultivation of cancer make calculation of payment for water use:

1) in regions of the Republic of Armenia Ararat and Armavir, based on 50 percent from the total amount of the got inventories of underground waters, and based on 10 percent from the total amount of the got inventories of land waters,

2) in other regions of the Republic of Armenia, based on 5 percent from the total amount of the got inventories of underground waters, and also total amount of the got inventories of land waters.".

Article 2. To state Item 1 of part 5 of article 20 of the Law in the following edition:

"1) in case of lack of permission to water use according to the Water code of the Republic of Armenia (including, not specifying of data on boundary leakage there is more solvable amount in permission to water use, or solvable amount of the sewage poured in water resources or their drainage pools or boundary leakage of hazardous substances in sewage), as rate the stipulated in Clause 7 these Laws the rate is applied:

. in fivefold size, in other regions of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
