Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management" the words "in the amount of 0.2 percent" shall be replaced with words ZR-270 of December 28, 1998 (further – the Law) "in the amount of 0.15 percent".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
Before entry into force of this Law, the amount of the penalty fee calculated to outstanding amounts at which the term of 365 days after payment due date did not expire from the date of entry into force of this Law is calculated in the amount of 0.15 percent for each overdue day, before the expiration of 365 days after payment due date.
