About modification of Item 3 of the Regulations on determination and approval of general admissible catch of water biological resources and its change
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Bring in Item 3 of the Regulations on determination and approval of the general admissible catch of water biological resources and its change approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2009 No. 531 "About determination and approval of general admissible catch of water biological resources and its change" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 26, Art. 3205; 2012, No. 44, Art. 6026), following changes:
a) in paragraph one the word "approved" shall be replaced with words "the list of which affirms";
b) in the subitem "b" of the word "and in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation, in the Azov and Caspian seas" shall be replaced with words ", in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation and the Caspian Sea".
2. The subitem "b" of Item 1 of this resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2018.
