Article 1. Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-176 of July 8, 2005 "About electronic communication" to add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. Permission to use of radio frequencies is provided to the foreign embassies accredited in the Republic of Armenia, consular establishments, representative offices of the international organizations which do not have the diplomatic status only from the area provided for operation of radio-electronic means of civil appointment in established Regulating procedure. The payment for provision of permission or use of radio frequencies to the foreign embassies and consular establishments specified in this part are levied based on the principle of reciprocity, and representative office of the international organizations having the diplomatic status exempted from these payments.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
