About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tourism and tourist activities"

Article 1. "About tourism and tourist activities" ZR-11 of December 17, 2003 (further – the Law) to add article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with parts 11 and 12 of the following content:
"11. Person providing hotel services for the purpose of accurate differentiation and representation of object of hotel economy, outside, on the place, visible to visitors, and also in case of representation of object of hotel economy - the website or in promotional materials, in the form and procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, shall specify type of object of hotel economy the Internet.
12. It is forbidden to represent or advertizes object of hotel economy under type inappropriate to it.".
Article 2. To state article 10 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 10. Classification of object of hotel economy
1. In the Republic of Armenia classification of objects of hotel economy is performed.
2. Classification of objects of hotel economy is performed on voluntary basis.
3. Classification of objects of hotel economy is performed by authorized body, according to the procedures and procedures of classification established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
4. The certificate which form is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia is provided to the objects of hotel economy which underwent classification.
5. Those objects of hotel economy which satisfy the town-planning, sanitary and hygienic, fire protection regulations established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the minimum requirements established by this Law can receive category.
6. Hotels are classified by the five-pointed stars from "one star" to "five stars" specified by five-pointed stars and the five-stars class "Delyuks" specified by text of "Delyuks".
