RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About modification of "Rules of implementation of system "Of the electronic card of health", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 2006 No. 143

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 9, 2014 "About approval of "Regulations on application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On the individual ID card of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic who did not reach 15-year age" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 248:

1. Add with Item 5.1-2 of the following contents of "The rule of implementation of system "Of the electronic card of health", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 2006 No. 143 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 6, Article 571; 2008, No. 7, Article 672):

"5.1-2. for placement on the electronic medium (chip) of the individual ID card of data of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic who did not reach 15-year age according to its electronic card of health, the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic is transferred to the automated information system of registration.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
