About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public organizations"

Article 1. Part 2 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public organizations" (from December 4, 2001, ZR-268), to add with Item 6 of the following content:
"6) persons providing information provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fight against legalization of income gained in the criminal way and financing of terrorism" - also the announcement concerning legality of the property transferred to the legal entity, specifying structure, the size and sources of origin of the transferred property if the cost of the transferred property exceeds 25 million dram.
After receipt of the announcement specified in this Item the body of state registration in three-day time the registered mail sends its copy to the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the sixtieth day, after day of official publication.
