About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 and of March 9, 2011 No. 247

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, the Art. 1699, No. 52, Art. 2389; 2005, No. 40, Art. 2544; 2007, No. 61, the Art. 2422) and of March 9, 2011 No. 247 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget to the Ministry of Culture according to some programs" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 20, Art. 825; 2012, No. 38, Art. 1420, No. 89, Art. 3600; 2013, No. 23, Art. 766; 2014, No. 98, Art. 2845; 2015, No. 40, the Art. 1209) changes which are applied.

2. Determine that in case of reduction in connection with adoption of this resolution of the size of the salary (without award) certain employees of the national and state circus organizations on operating time on post the difference between the salary (without award) established before entry into force of this resolution and the salary (without award) established on new payment terms of work is paid to these workers.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 and of March 9, 2011 No. 247

1. In the Section IV of appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298:

1) in the name of the Section the word "circus" shall be replaced with words "the national and state circus organizations";

2) to add the Section with the note of the following content:
