1. Action 5 - consideration by the authorized employee (employees) of structural division of the service provider in IS "GBD "E-licensing" of completeness of the submitted documents, in case of incompleteness of the submitted documents, refusal in further review of the statement according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications";

accomplishment duration - 2 (two) working days.

Action 6 - in case of completeness of the submitted documents of uslugopoluchatel, consideration by the authorized employee (employees) of structural division of the service provider of the submitted documents on compliance to Qualification requirements;

accomplishment duration - 12 (twelve) working days.

Action 7 - in case of compliance of uslugopoluchatel to Qualification requirements, preparation of the conclusion about issue or renewals of the license or motivated refusal in licensing or renewals of the license and approval by the authorized employee (employees) of structural division of the service provider at the head of department of the service provider, the deputy manager of the service provider and the head of the service provider;

accomplishment duration - 1 (one) working day.

Action 8 - forming by the authorized employee (employees) of structural division of the service provider in IS "GBD "E-licensing" of the letter on issue or renewals of the license, or motivated refusal in licensing or renewal of the license in IS "GBD "E-licensing";

accomplishment duration - 20 (twenty) minutes.

Action 9 - approval by the head of department of the service provider in IS "GBD "E-licensing" of the license or the renewed license or the motivated answer about refusal in licensing or renewals of the license;

accomplishment duration - 20 (twenty) minutes.

Action 10 - approval by the deputy manager of the service provider in IS "GBD "E-licensing" of the license or the renewed license or the motivated answer about refusal in licensing or renewals of the license;

accomplishment duration - 20 (twenty) minutes.

Action 11 - signing by the head of the service provider in IS "GBD "E-licensing" of the license or the renewed license or the motivated answer about refusal in licensing or renewals of the license the electronic and digital signature (further - the EDS) the head of the service provider;

accomplishment duration - 20 (twenty) minutes.

Term of rendering the state service:

from the moment of delivery of document package uslugopoluchatel on the portal:

the direction of the letter on licensing and (or) appendices to the license, or motivated refusal - 15 (fifteen) working days;

the direction of the letter on renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license, or motivated refusal - 3 (three) working days;

the direction of the letter on issue of duplicates of the license and (or) appendix to the license - 2 (two) working days.";

add with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1. Result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service which forms the basis for accomplishment of the following procedure (action):

1) the registered statement with the entering number;

2) the acquainted and written instructions;

3) contractor;

4) the considered document package;

5) completeness and reliability of the submitted documents;

6) result of rendering the state service:

the approved result of rendering the state service;

signed result of rendering the state service;

the registered result of rendering the state service.";

"6. The list of structural divisions, (workers) of the service provider who participate in process of rendering the state service:

1) employee of office of the service provider;

2) head of the service provider;

3) deputy manager of the service provider;

5) process 3 - the choice by uslugopoluchatel of the service specified in these Regulations, conclusion to the request form screen for rendering service and filling with uslugopoluchatel of form (data entry) taking into account its structure and format requirements, by attachment to request form of necessary documents in electronic form;

6) process 4 - payment of service through PShEP, and then this information arrives in IS GBD "E-licensing";

7) condition 2 - check in IS GBD "E-licensing" of the fact of payment for rendering service;

8) process 5 - forming of the message on refusal in required service due to the lack of payment for rendering service in IS GBD "E-licensing";

9) process 6 - the choice by uslugopoluchatel of the registration certificate EDS for the certificate (signing) of request;
