About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 25, 2005
Article 1. Part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education" (of April 14, 1999, ZR-297, further - the Law) to add with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3. 1) vocational education – training system and educations of persons having need in special conditions of education and also the children who showed antisocial behavior which based on one or several educational programs can be performed in special or general general education, professional educational institutions;".
Article 2. To state part 6 of article 6 of the Law in the following edition:
"6. The state creates necessary conditions for the purpose of obtaining by the citizens having need in special conditions of the education corresponding to features of development of education and ensuring social fitness.".
Article 3. To exclude part 4 of article 19 of the Law.
Article 4. This law becomes effective since the beginning of academic year 2005-2006 (since September 1, 2005).
