1. In "Rules of state registration of the geodetic, topographical and cartographic materials and data" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 17, 1998 No. 211 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 10, Article 632) regarding 2 words "Management on the Mode and the State Geodetic Control of the State Committee on Geodesy and Cartography" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - MEPR)" and in parts 6, to replace the 9th words "Management on the Mode and the State Geodetic Control" with abbreviation of "MEPR".
2. In the "Regulations on procedure for conducting registration and accounting of names of geographical objects, requirements to dictionaries and reference books of names of geographical objects, rules of creation and maintaining the state catalog of names of geographical objects" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 6, 2008 No. 108 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 5, Article 431) to make the following changes:
