3. Determine that authorized body on procurement of scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is only JSC Uzbek Plant on Procurement and Conversion of Scrap, Waste of Non-ferrous Metals and its regional divisions.
4. Prohibit procurement of scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals by physical persons.
Determine that JSC Uzvtortsvetmet and its structural divisions perform through specialized Items acceptance from physical persons of household non-ferrous scrap, including devices and the equipment of household purpose, and also scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals according to the list approved by the decision of the Government.
