About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education"

Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education" (ZR-297 of April 14, 1999):

1) to add article 37 of the following content:

"Article 37. State inspection of education

Ensuring implementation of the state program of development of education, application of the state educational standards, rights to education, social guarantees of educational system, improvement of quality of education and development of educational programs by means of functions of control the State inspection of formation of authorized body of public administration of formation of the Republic of Armenia which activities are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the State inspection to obrazovaniyaa performs.";

Article 43 to add 2) with part 7 of the following content:

"7. For the purpose of estimation of implementation of educational programs in educational institutions and other general education and initial professional (craft) organizations performing educational programs, the state control of quality assurance of education, the Government of the Republic of Armenia creates the State inspection of education.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the thirtieth day after official publication.
