About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" (on May 7, 2002, ZR-337, further - the Law) the word "five" to replace with the word "ten", and in part 3 the word "tri" - the word "seven".

Article 2. Add the law with Article 12.1 of the following content:

"Article 12.1. Notification about meetings of local government board

At least in seven days prior to the regular meeting of local government board the head of municipality publishes information on time, the place of meeting of local government board and the draft of the agenda. Publication is performed in municipalities by means of their attachment in the residence of local government board, and also in places which are available to the inhabitant of each part of municipality – at least one place on everyone two thousand inhabitants.

In case of opportunity this information can be in addition widespread mass media and by means of the Internet of network.

The documents provided to members of local government board connected with meeting if they are considered at open session, shall be placed in the residence of local government board, in the place, available to all.

Upon the demand of persons copies of these documents for a fee, covering these expenses shall be provided to them.

Places of attachment and placement of publications of the documents provided by this Article are established by the schedule of local government board.".

Article 3. To add article 14 of the Law with new parts of the following content:
