About modification and amendments in the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2002 No. 1300 "About Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of April 18, 2014 No. 380 "About approval of the Concept of state regulation of business activity till 2020"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2002 No. 1300 "About Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 44, the Art. 443):

in the Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

to state part one of Item 34-2 in the following edition:

"34-2. 11) of Item 50 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"11) if according to the draft of the resolution the analysis of regulatory impact according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was carried out, are attached the legal decision of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of regulation of business activity to the draft of the resolution under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the conclusion of authorized body on entrepreneurship about observance of the established procedures by regulatory state agencies, and also analysis results of regulatory impact.";
