About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" (on May 7, 2002, ZR-337, further - the Law) Item of 31 following contents:

"31) in the procedure established by the law can appeal to the Constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia concerning compliance of regulations of the state bodies violating constitutional rights of local government bodies, Constitutions of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. To state part of one article 73 of the Law in the following edition:

"Initiative of local government board or the corresponding governor, in Yerevan – the mayor of Yerevan about release in the procedure for the head of municipality established by the law from position the Government of the Republic of Armenia considers in a month and accepts the resolution on the address to the Constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of receipt of the conclusion about the bases of release of the head of municipality from position or initiative variation about release of the head of municipality from position. The government of the Republic of Armenia after receipt of the conclusion of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia about the bases of release of the head of municipality from position considers in a month and accepts the resolution on release of the head of municipality from position or initiative variation on dismissal. This question submits the state authorized body for consideration of the Government.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the tenth day following official publication.
