About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" (on May 7, 2002, to add with ZR-337) with Item 7 of the following content:
"7) according to part of one article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About precious metals" is issued in the territory of municipality by permission to retail purchase and sale of the things made of precious metals in certain place.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective six months later from the date of official publication.
