About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1.  "About local self-government" (on May 7, 2002, ZR-337, further – the Law) to add part 1 of article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 13.1 of the following content:

"13. Constitutes 1) in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and after approval of authorized body in the part concerning the transit roads (except for the cities of Yerevan) which are part of the roads included in name index of highways of the Republic of Armenia submits for approval of local government board the scheme of the organization of traffic in municipality (regarding roads of municipal movement) and passes decisions on placement of the equipment and other technical means on the organization of traffic, necessary for the organization according to this scheme of safe movement, regarding traffic safety having approved with the state authorized body.".

Article 2. To state Item 1 of part 1 of article 39 of the Law in the following edition:

"1) will organize content and road maintenance, the equipment on the organization of traffic and other engineering constructions of municipal subordination;".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 39 of the Law with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) within the competence will be organized by safe traffic on roads of municipal subordination;".

Article 4. Regarding one article 85 of the Law after words of "part of one Article 32" to add with number "13.1,", and after words of "part of one Article 39" - numbers "1, 1.1,".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective from the tenth day following official publication.
