About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. Regarding the 4th article 62 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" (on May 7, 2002, ZR-337):

1) after the words "financial funds of share part cannot be transferred in administrative part of the budget" to add with words ", except as specified the directions of temporarily available funds from the share budget of municipality in administrative part of the budget with condition of return to the share budget of this fiscal year for financing of the deficit (shortage) arising in the administrative budget for separate interval of time of fiscal year on the offer of local government board, the order of the Government and in accordance with the established procedure ("at the same time the total amount of these means cannot exceed 1/2 differences of the total annual amount approved through the income of administrative part of the budget of municipality of this year, and total amount of actual receipts of the income of administrative part of the budget of municipality as of 1 date of attraction of financial resources from share part");
