About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 (further - the Law) to add Item 26 of part 1 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In question of approval, and also change and (or) amendment of number of employees and (or) the staff list of the office of the head of municipality regarding positions of municipal service passes the decision on the appeal to the state body of management authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of entering of corresponding changes and (or) amendments into name index of positions of municipal service. The number of employees and (or) the staff list of the office of the head of municipality is considered approved, and also changed and (or) added from coming into force of the legal act about introduction by the state body of management of corresponding changes and (or) amendments authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in name index of positions of municipal service;".
Article 2. To exclude comma after the word of "structure" from part 2 of article 28 of the Law and to add part with the words "in case of the provided relevant divisions, and also".
Article 3. To state article 30 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 30. Office of the head of municipality
1. The office of the head of municipality provides full and effective implementation of powers of the head of municipality, and also its participation in civil legal relationship.
2. Control of the office of the head of municipality is exercised by the head of municipality.
3. The current activities of the office of the head of municipality the secretary of the device within the powers assigned to it by the law, other legal acts, decisions of the head of municipality, the charter of the device, in particular directs:
