1. In the Section IV of appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, Art. 1699; 2007, No. 61, Art. 2422):
1) in the column "Name of Position":
in the Section "Leading employees" of the word "CEO, director of organization (organization); the chief engineer" shall be replaced with words "The CEO - the artistic director of theater, the director - the artistic director of theater, the CEO *, the director *; chief engineer";
in the subsection "Art Personnel" of the word "Artistic director" shall be replaced with words "The artistic director *";
2) to add the Section with footnote "*" the following content:
