About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 to add part 2 of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3. 1) undertakes measures for identification of cases of not registration of births of children in the municipality and, in the direction of ensuring the state registration of these births, in the procedures and cases established by the law gives the written announcement of state registration of the birth of the child;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
