About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education"

Article 1. Part 3 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education" of April 14, 1999 to add with ZR-297 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"It is forbidden to apply to the pupils studying in paid system of the educational institutions registered and living in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and the provinces Samtskhe-Dzhavakhk and Kvemo Kartli Gruzii, citizens of the Armenian nationality, higher amount of tuition fee than it is established concerning the citizens of the Republic of Armenia studying in similar conditions of this educational institution.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since August 1, 2010.
After entry into force of this law, till September 1, 2010, educational institutions review and bring into accord the contracts with those pupils which have the status, of the stipulated in Clause 1 this law, and in their relation higher tuition fee is established.
